Challenge:

The client needed to modernize their aftermarket parts sales. Selling technical components (Hydraulic pumps, Burner mats) online is difficult because accuracy is critical—customers cannot order the wrong part. The goal was to reduce support calls by creating a self-service ordering portal.

Solutions:

I built a fully custom WooCommerce ecosystem tailored for industrial parts. UX Design: Implemented “Quick View” functionality and precise filtering to speed up the buying process for repeat contractors. Technical: Integrated a secure payment gateway and dynamic shipping logic for heavy freight items. Outcome: A friction-free checkout flow that allows contractors to order parts 24/7 without needing to call the sales department.
